edit my Online Account?
Yes. You are entitled to edit the details in your
profile.
What to do if I forgot my password?
The Online Order System is designed in such a way
that your password is not made known to anyone. You
are advised to contact our technical support to
verify and obtain your new password. With the
technical and security issues, we had to verify your
authorization and authentication with a few
questions before we email you a new password. You
are advised to change your password after login with
new password due to security issues.
Can I change my Password?
Yes, you can change your password by using the "My
Account" facility within Image Magic Online Order
System.

How many accounts can I apply?
You can only establish 1 account for each company.
What is the file format and color specification?
We only accept *.pdf, *.doc, *.ai, *.ppt and *.pub file format. Please use CYMK for color.
Can I terminate my account anytime?
Yes, you can terminate your account . Just send us
an email, within one month your account will be
terminate.
How to terminate my account?
If you wish to terminate your account, you have to
send a formal written letter to our administrator.
