Die Cut in Individual Piece

Each sticker is precisely cut along the outer shape of the design and supplied as individual pieces without any surrounding sheet. This option is ideal when you need ready-to-use stickers for packaging, giveaways, product labeling, or hand distribution. Every piece is separated, making it convenient for quick application.

      Single Kiss Cut in Single Piece

      The sticker design is kiss-cut through the top sticker layer while the backing paper remains uncut, supplied as a single piece with a surrounding backing border. This makes it easy to peel the sticker from the backing while keeping the sheet intact. It is commonly used for branded labels, packaging stickers, or when you prefer a cleaner presentation.

      Multiple Kiss Cut in Single Sheet Piece

      Multiple sticker designs are kiss-cut on a single backing sheet. Each sticker can be individually peeled off while the backing sheet holds all stickers together. This format is convenient for bulk sticker sets, promotional sticker sheets, planners, or when multiple stickers need to be stored and distributed neatly on one sheet.

      • Format: PDF / AI / EPS

      • Bleed: 3mm on all sides

      • Colour mode: CMYK

      • Resolution: 300 DPI

      • Fonts: Outlined or embedded

      • White ink: Please indicate white areas in a separate layer named "White" or use spot color (Pantone White or Magenta line)

      • Safe zone: Keep all text/logos 3mm inside the cut line


      Example Layout Guide

      When submitting artwork, provide a separate layer named “White” (or spot colour) to indicate areas where white ink should be printed.

      • Layer 1: Full-colour CMYK artwork (your design)

      • Layer 2: Solid shape areas for white ink base (magenta or Pantone spot colour)

      • We will print white ink first, then CMYK on top.

      🔧 Design Tips:

      • Don’t apply white ink to the entire background — only where opacity is needed

      • Avoid overly small white text (it may not register sharply)

      • For best effect, use white ink behind logos, barcodes, or small text areas
