Preparing Bill Book Artwork Guide
Preparing artwork for a bill book (or receipt book) requires correct bleed, safe zone spacing, and numbering placement. Follow this guide to submit print-ready files that match your required finishing and output.
How to prepare Bill Book artwork correctly for printing
Bleed size: Add 4mm bleed on all sides. Example: If your order size is 210mm × 297mm, the bleed size must be 214mm × 301mm.

Important
- Extend background design to the edge of the full bleed.
- Keep vital elements inside the safe zone (at least 7mm away from all sides of the full bleed edge).
- Delete unneeded template elements (e.g., remove numbering if not required).
- Hole punching is only available on the LEFT side for documents with a length of 100mm and above.
Numbering
- Mark numbering using the numbering format shown in the Product Size Templates.
- Numbering will be printed in RED.
- Provide the numbering sequence during the ordering process (textbox). The last digit must start with 1. Examples: 0001, 00001, 00501, 0301, 201.
- To indicate numbering placement in your artwork, use the dummy numbering provided in the product size template.

Copy Change
- Copy change font: Arial, ALL CAPS, RED, size 8pt / 10pt / 12pt.
